Project Management Office Setup: Creation of a project plan, and Initiative Charter, covering key scoping elements and initiatives related to the new system / solution implementation..
Provision of an experienced seconded on-site PMO team for performing daily tasks including coordination between different client departments and system/solution vendors, keeping track of the project progress against the plan, and reporting the status to the departments every week, and the management at a monthly basis.
