Project Objectives
Training of Sr. Management on their role during a ‘Crisis’:
All CXOs were to be involved in an ‘Emergency Command and Control Centre’ and trained using a simulated attack scenario as a live case study.
Crisis Management Plan Enhancement:
A comprehensive gap assessment was expected to be conducted on the existing ‘Crisis Management Plan’ and revise the plan to develop an in-depth ‘Overall Disaster Recovery Strategy’.
