    The organization works to improve government performance in the areas of strategies, resource management, change management, and enhancement of government services through the capacity building and skill-development based on innovative learning and training programs.
    The Sr. Management of a Masters program at the institute has identified a need to develop standardized policies and procedures which are aligned to international standards but customized to day-to-day operational requirements of the program.

Project Objectives

    The project objectives of work for this project is to develop policy and procedures* for the program office with aim towards :
    Assessment of current operational structure including review of current processes and workflows
    Review of current tools/templates
    Understand challenges faced internally with respect to current processes
    Design and documentation of policies, processes & workflows, tools and templates which are aligned to international standards and customized to the needs of the program
