Develop comprehensive HR Function*:
Phase 1: Develop Job descriptions for all roles at the firm based on a comprehensive job evaluation
Phase 2: Review / Revisions of existing HR Policies and development of new HR policies as required
Phase 3: Define and develop a comprehensive performance management framework
Phase 4: Define and develop a comprehensive compensation management framework based on the salary benchmarking
